Operation Scholars provides trauma-informed, relationship-centered support that helps students feel seen, supported, and better equipped to move forward — emotionally, behaviorally, and academically.

Operation Scholars provides support across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3, creating a more connected model of care for students who need consistency, intervention, and advocacy at different levels. Instead of relying on multiple providers, schools can turn to one aligned partner for more seamless, coordinated support. The result is care that feels more consistent, more responsive, and better equipped to meet the full scope of student needs.

Support Across Every Tier

Tier One

Relationship-centered support that builds trust, visibility, and connection during key parts of the school day. Tier One support helps create a stronger foundation for students through consistent presence, positive interaction, and early connection before needs escalate. It is designed to make students feel more supported, more comfortable, and more connected to their school environment.

Tier Two

Targeted support for students who need more structure, guidance, and consistent intervention. Tier Two support creates space for focused growth through small groups, skill-building, conflict mediation, and more intentional support around academic, social, and behavioral needs.

Tier Three

Individualized support for students who need deeper intervention, consistent advocacy, and more coordinated care across settings. Tier Three support provides one-to-one attention, stronger accountability, and a more intensive level of guidance for students with greater emotional, behavioral, or academic needs.

Why This Works

  • We are visible, consistent, and relational. Students know us. Staff trust us. Our work begins with rapport, not reaction.

  • We support students navigating trauma, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral challenges through calm, responsive, relationship-centered intervention.

  • We intervene early—during transitions, lunch periods, and high-stress moments—to reduce disruption and restore safety without punishment-driven approaches.e with purpose at every turn.

  • We collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, administrators, and support staff to reinforce shared goals and consistent strategies.

  • Our work doesn’t exist in isolation. We connect students to campus-based and community resources to ensure long-term support beyond a single interaction.
